The Compliance/File Clerk is responsible for filing and auditing resident case files, entering and maintaining information and data into the information systems, maintaining well organized program records and files in accordance to program filing and record keeping standards in accordance to the Office of Refugee and Resettlement (ORR) standards, Agency and licensing standards, and other federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Case File Management

This position requires constant hand motion and talking. This position will require bending, kneeling, reaching, standing, sitting, and viewing a computer for long periods of time.
