    Upbring is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to be a part of breaking the cycle of child abuse by joining its award-winning Strategic Communications and Marketing team.

    The Ideal Digital Marketing Specialist is an up-and-coming marketing superstar who can:

    • Develop and execute growth strategies and tactics to get the word out about Upbring and our life-changing mission
    • Deploy successful online marketing and email campaigns
    • Design engaging landing pages from initial concept to wireframing to development

    Responsibilities

    As a direct report to the Director of Integrated Marketing & Creative Services, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies and tactics to get the word out about Upbring in Texas, Louisiana, and other locations. The position will be responsible for the deployment of successful online marketing campaigns, building strategic digital relationships, and partnering with key vendors as we establish ourselves digitally.

     

    Essential Duties

    • Uncover growth opportunities in digital and traditional marketing from strategy to successful implementations, including follow-up reporting
    • Design and assist in development of landing pages – Lead Pages, Click Funnels, etc.
    • Brainstorm content ideas to drive relevant website and social traffic
    • Create compelling, optimized content and collateral to drive volunteer, donor, and community engagement
    • Share knowledge, deploy campaigns, and manage projects while adhering to the Agency’s messaging and branding criteria.

    Working Relationships

    • Work as member of the team and exhibit professional behavior and a positive attitude with both internal and external clients that reflects positively on the Agency and is consistent with Agency policies and practices.
    • Develop and maintains positive working relationships with management, staff, vendors, donors, and other clients to ensure project needs and expectations are being met within project scope and meets the established deadline

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Associate’s Degree in content marketing, graphic design, growth marketing - AND - 2 years of experience in content marketing, graphic design, growth marketing, or at a creative agency
    • Equivelant experience plus education (minimum HS Diploma/GED Equivalent) will be considered
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud- InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere and Illustrator
    • Basic working knowledge of WordPress
    • Experience with email software (MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
    • Completer / finisher with laser-like attention to detail
    • Excellent writer with content marketing experience
    • Up-to-date with the latest growth hacking methodologies and best practices in performance marketing and measurement
    • Demonstrated experience with executing digital engagement strategies
    • Proven track record driving traffic, engagement, or brand visibility
    • Ability to tap into communicative nuance to trigger and capture audiences’ attention
    • Strong time management & organizational skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, graphic design, or Technology + Arts & Media
    • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, growth marketing, or creative agency work
    • Proficient with (A/B) testing
    • HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Advanced Photoshop, Adobe After Effects & Premiere skills
    • Experience coding HTML emails
    • Search Engine Marketing know-how (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
    • Search Engine Optimization (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
