The consultant will work with the Human Resources department to analyze, design and propose a revised Performance Management methodology, policy, and procedure. Consultant will ensure effective assessment, development and implementation of performance management program, inclusive of design and of assessment tools, training and post-implementation review. Provides assessment consultation to Human Resources team and other internal stakeholders.
This role will be temporary and can be contract, PRN, part time or full time. Role will telecommute.
