About New Life Residential Treatment Center
Many of the girls arrive at New Life after experiencing severe abuse or neglect. These courageous young women are between the ages of 11-17, and they begin to grow and heal through in-depth clinical therapy, personal development activities and spiritual care in a safe setting.
Girls stay an average of six to eight months and begin to feel a restored sense of hope in their futures – thanks to the support of New Life’s staff and therapists specializing in Trauma-Informed Care. Often during the healing process, girls discover special interests and talents and begin to live a healthy lifestyle. Many girls are either reunited with biological family or connected with a loving foster family after living at New Life.
What You'll Do as a Manager of Duty
The Manager on Duty ensures residential support specialists implement trainings received, Trauma Informed Care, and other program standards through high levels of accountability and support. In addition to managing shift transitions, the Manager on Duty provides support to all three shifts daily during shift changes from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd shifts. The Manager on Duty oversees and manages residential support staff, ensures quality care and treatment for all youth, and promotes the highest level of mental, physical, and psychological well-being of youth in accordance with Agency and licensing standards and other federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do
The Senior Program Director is responsible for establishing and directing all aspects of daily program activities and services to meet the social, emotional, physical, psychological, and mental health well-being of the Unaccompanied Children (UC) for the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). The Senior Program Director is responsible for regularly exercising discretion and sound judgment when directing, supervising, and overseeing the social service activities in accordance with Agency and state licensing standards and other federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do as a Lead Case Manager
The Lead Case Manager has the overall responsibility of developing and managing the implementation of case management operational policies and procedures and case management services of Unaccompanied Children (UC) in accordance with Agency policies, licensing and funding standards and requirements, and other federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Responsible for coordinating case management and safe and timely release services, training new case managers, and supervising the work of case managers.

Upbring Foster In Texas is one of the largest providers of foster care and adoption services in Texas with 13 offices across the state. In 2021 we served 1,176 children, verified 140 new families, and connected 113 children with loving adoptive families. What You'll Do as an Area Director of Family Services
The Area Director will manage the day-to-day operations of our Foster in Texas(FIT) branch locations and provide direct supervision and support to the staff of Family Services Workers(FSW) as it related to the Individual Support Plan(ISP), assessing child progress and needs, and supporting foster care children and their families in accordance to the organization, licensing standards, state, and local regulatory requirements.

The Foster Home Developer develops and implements a comprehensive recruitment and retention strategy and program to recruit new families for the Unaccompanied Refugee Minors (URM) in accordance with agency standards, licensing and CARF accreditation standards and LIRS (Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Services) requirements. The mission of the Upbring Unaccompanied Refugee Minor (URM) Program is to promote effective resettlement and rapid self-sufficiency for refugees in the state. The program’s vision of effective resettlement is to establish community services and programs that support unaccompanied refugee minors.
