Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- One (1) year of transportation experience
- Bilingual (English and Spanish based on service area and service population)
- Must be at least 21 years of age per licensing requirements
- Valid Texas Driver’s license and proof of auto insurance; ability to meet Agency insurance provider guidelines as an insured and approved driver and able to maintain a good driving record
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to board and un-board infants, toddlers, and adolescents and physically secure safely in the company vehicle with car seats, as needed due to ages, weight and height
- Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to use good judgment and think quickly and rationally in difficult and stressful situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience transporting children
- Experience traveling via airlines and familiarity of navigating through the airport due to possible transfer of flights if needed due to unexpected changes
Travel

Physical Demands & Work Conditions
- This position requires sitting and looking and using a computer for long periods of time
- Position works in a child facility and has constant exposure to children
- Position requires frequent standing, walking, and being mobile to coordinate events
- Lift, push, pull, move up to 125 lbs.
