Your Mission in Action
The Family and Community Program Director is responsible for the strategic oversight and continuous improvement of a program that serves children and families, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance with agency standards and regulatory requirements. With a strong foundation in child welfare, foster care, or residential treatment, this role focuses on improving outcomes by combining program expertise with data-informed decision-making. This role analyzes program performance, identifies opportunities for improvement, and implements solutions that enhance services for children and families. Collaboration, quality improvement, and a commitment to best practices are central to the success of this role.
