What You'll Do As A Lead Trainer
The Lead Program Trainer facilitates a comprehensive training program for newly hired personnel, including program leadership, program staff, and foster parents in accordance with the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) and agency policies and procedures and federal and state standards and requirements. The Lead Program Trainer will provide quality education, training, consistent instruction in the course material and promote a positive learning environment to meet learning objectives and program needs; thus update training materials according to current/revised policies, procedures and or information as required and approved by the Director of Training.
All Upbring Children's Shelters employees must comply with ORR's vaccination mandate.
All staff must be able to show proof of immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases transmitted by the respiratory route if working directly with unaccompanied children (UC). Medical and Religious exemptions may be requested after an offer of employment is accepted.
