About the Role
Upbring is seeking a Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA) to provide leadership and compliance oversight for a residential youth program. This role is responsible for ensuring campus operations meet Texas child care licensing standards and regulatory requirements established by DFPS, HHSC, and other accrediting bodies. The LCCA works closely with executive leadership and program teams to support safe, stable, and compliant residential services for youth while strengthening operational systems and campus culture.
Your Mission in Action

This role works collaboratively with the COO, Operations Director, and program leadership to align policy, practice, staffing, and training with agency standards while promoting a stable, compliant, and youth-centered campus culture. The LCCA supports sustainable program excellence by integrating regulatory awareness into daily operations and long-term planning.
