We help children grow into adults who have received love and kindness, instead of only violence and chaos.   What You'll Do The Senior File Clerk  is responsible for coordinating all travel to include flight and ground transportation for Unaccompanied Children (UC). This position is responsible for ensuring safe and secure transportation of (UC). In accordance with Agency policies and procedures, licensing standards, Federal, State, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and local regulatory agencies. The Compliance Specialist develops, implements, and enforces policies and procedures that keep the agency’s services, processes, and physical sites operating in a legal and ethical manner. If there are suspected violations of compliance, the Compliance Specialist conducts audits or investigations, recommends areas for improvement, and develops roadmaps for remediation. The Clinician provides individual, group, and family therapy for Unaccompanied Children (UC), conducts assessments, and works in collaboration with multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop treatment plans and conduct utilization reviews. The Clinician is primarily responsible for the therapeutic needs and continuum of the clinical care for the UC in accordance with Agency policies and procedures, licensing standards, and federal, state, CARF and local regulatory agencies.
