This position is responsible for ensuring safe and secure transportation of (UC). In accordance with Agency policies and procedures, licensing standards, Federal, State, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and local regulatory agencies. Often during the healing process, girls discover special interests and talents and begin to live a healthy lifestyle. The Compliance Specialist develops, implements, and enforces policies and procedures that keep the agency’s services, processes, and physical sites operating in a legal and ethical manner. If there are suspected violations of compliance, the Compliance Specialist conducts audits or investigations, recommends areas for improvement, and develops roadmaps for remediation. We help children grow into adults who have received love and kindness, instead of only violence and chaos.   What You'll Do as a Lead Case Manager The Lead Case Manager has the overall responsibility of developing and managing the implementation of case management operational policies and procedures and case management services of Unaccompanied Children (UC) in accordance with Agency policies, licensing and funding standards and requirements, and other federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.  Responsible for coordinating case management and safe and timely release services, training new case managers, and supervising the work of case managers.    Our Upbring staff members are servant-leaders in the pursuit of breaking the cycle of child abuse and empowering others to do the same through example while embodying our core values: We are Warriors. We help children grow into adults who have received love and kindness, instead of only violence and chaos.   What You'll Do The Co-Lead Case Manager  will assist the Lead Case Manager with the overall responsibility of developing and managing the implementation of case management operational policies and procedures and case management services of Unaccompanied Children (UC) in accordance with Agency policies, licensing, and funding standards and requirements, and other federal, state, CARF and local regulatory requirements.  If needed, this position will carry an active caseload. The families receive support and services to complement the child’s education as the kindergarten transition nears.   What You'll Do The Center Floater is responsible for supporting the Center Director with daily program needs in the implementation and coordination of all Head Start and Early Head Start functions both inside and outside of the classroom.   Our Upbring staff members are servant-leaders on the pursuit of breaking the cycle of child abuse and empowering others to do the same through example while embodying our core values: We are Warriors.
